Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Clarity Labs, operated by Philipp Sidler, c/o ExpertFid & Audit SA, Sinserstrasse 65, 6330 Cham (ZG), Schweiz.
1. What Clarity Labs is
Clarity Labs analyses trading data you upload and returns behavioural measurements, an assigned archetype, and written interpretation. It is an analysis tool.
2. What it is not
Clarity Labs is not financial advice. Nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, size a position, or take any trade. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager, and we are not regulated as one.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past results do not predict future results. Every trading decision you make is yours alone, and you are responsible for its consequences.
The archetypes, scores, and AI-written reads are interpretations of historical data. They may be wrong. They describe patterns; they do not predict outcomes.
3. Your account
You need an account to use Clarity Labs. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 18.
You are responsible for having the right to upload the data you upload.
4. Plans and payment
Mirror is free and does not expire. Navigator and Expedition are paid subscriptions billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
We may change prices, but not for a period you have already paid for. Existing subscribers get notice by email before a change takes effect.
5. Refunds and your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU or Switzerland, you may cancel within 14 days of subscribing and receive a full refund, without giving a reason. Email contact@claritylabs.trade.
Beyond that, we offer a 14-day refund on any first subscription payment, no questions asked. Email us and we will refund it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell or redistribute the analysis as your own product; do not upload data you have no right to; and do not use Clarity Labs to build a competing service.
We may suspend accounts that do these things.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Clarity Labs running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It is a small independent product, not critical infrastructure. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give registered users reasonable notice and time to export their data.
8. Your data
Your trading data stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. What we do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
The software, design, archetype framework, and scoring methodology are ours.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Clarity Labs. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Swiss law.
10. Ending the arrangement
You can stop using Clarity Labs and delete your account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
12. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law governs these terms. The courts of Lucerne, Switzerland have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
